well I have a metro pcs phone which has been working fine then one day it's
working and a few minutes later I have an error message on the front screen
that says "searching svc" now I can't make no calls, receive calls, no texts,
no nothing. When I try to make a call or text the screen says " CDMA service
unavailable. What can be the problem?can you help? I took it to metro pcs
store and they couldn't figure it out.

Hello Suzanne,

It could be water damage on your phone that has caused an error on your phones board, another suggestion would be a backend error on Metro pcs side which they should forward you over to tech support so they can view the problem error code. It does not seem like a problem with your phone but an error on there side though, Please contact there tech department.
