Question
Hi. We just purchased this phone and inserted the sim card from our old phone but it will not place calls. Keeps saying failed. Is this a tri band or quad band phone. It was listed as 900/1800/1900. Does it need to be 850 to work in us-ohio   Thanks for any assistance.

Answer
Hello Brad,

The phone is a triband phone I do no know who your carrier is but alot of companies do not deal the only band of those three that is probably why you are having problems. Who is your provider and what is your zip code I will be glad to investigate for you.
