Question
QUESTION: I just purchased a motorola w490 phone and have enjoyed taking pictures, is there a way to get those onto my sony viao laptop??

ANSWER: Hello Lorraine,

You can either e-mail your pictures to yourself as if you were going to send yourself a multi media message but instead of somebodys phone number use your email. Another suggestion is to purchase software called Motorola Phone tools, please make sure you purchase the data cable with this software. You will be able to send ringtones, videos, pictures and contact information to your computer. My last suggestion is to send via bluetooth the majority of new laptops now a days have bluetooth installed if your computer does not you can purchase a usb bluetooth device to be able to send pitures videos or anything else from your phone to your laptop. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.

QUESTION: Hello Robert, I am trying to get my contacts from outlook to, 2 places, yahoo mail and the contacts I choose to my motorola w490.  I had trouble exporting to yahoo as I have the pacbell.net extension that is not on the list in yahoo mail,  to import.  Tnanks

Answer
Hello Lorainne,

Motorola Phone tools will defiantely copy your contacts from outlook onto your phone without any problems. If you want to copy your contacts from outlook onto yahoo you will have to contact a yahoo help support representative. If you use your pacbell installation disk they should be able to import your contacts via this method. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
