can,t control mouse because of roller sticks

Hello Fred,

There should be no reason why your roller ball on your phone sticks, the only reason I can come up with is dust. I would suggest for you to get a q-tip slightly dip it in alcohol and place it gently on the roller ball, move the roller ball as you keep slightly dapping the roller ball with the q-tip, this should help remove any dust that can be causing it to stick. My last suggestion would be to use a can of air and gently try to blow out any dust that can be causing the ball to get stuck. If this does not fix your problem I will suggest for you to contact your cell phone providers warranty department for a possible exchange.
