Cellular Phones/text message

Question
Hi,
I really would like to know whether a person who works for certain mobile company be able to delete texts in my phone which I have with the same company?
A person who I think deleted my texts from my mobile, works for this mobile company as a business analyst and we happened to exchange some rude(rivalry) texts in the past.
I was keeping them as an evidence in case we go to court but recently when I checked my mobile all my texts were gone.
It is very important to know before I take any legal actions as there is my child involved and its well being.

Many thanks in advance,

Freddy

Answer
Hello Freddy,

What type of phone do you have on some phones there is a setting where you can set your text messages to erase after so many days. Nobody in the company would have access to deleting your text messages they would have to be deleting from the actual phone itself. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
