Question
I have had this phone for a long long time, and i have many valuable pictures on it. [Lg vx6100] And the screen currently went out. It isn't activated and i cannot get it activated. I do have a cord to connect it to the computer, but i cannot see the screen!
Please help!
Josalynn, when you connect the phone to the computer, what happens? You should be able to download software from LG that will allow the transfer of those pictures. If that doesn't work, you should see out someone at a local verizon store, that has been there for quite some time and is willing to help. I would also explore a local person that repairs phones. If they are helpful, maybe you could get them to fix the phone. Everything points back to getting the software from lg that is for the vx6100. Hope you get this done.
