QUESTION: Is there a limit on the size of the mms message received by the Cect a88 phone?
ANSWER: Isho, i know that carriers as well as the phones have limits for the size of mms. I searched for a standard that all carriers use. this is what i found......This depends on the provider you are using and the provider of the receiving party. Most providers support messages up to 200 Kbytes. When sending a message which is too large, you sometimes get a warning and sometimes you do not get a warning at all. Not sure if that's gonna help you Isho, however, if you let me know what carrier you are using I can certainly do my best to find out.

QUESTION: i use t-mobile. when i was going through the phone to see things, it looks like the max is 100kbs. does the phone limit the size or does the carrier limit the size?
Isho, Tmobile's limit on mms is 295kb, so if you are sending something smaller then that, it will be limited by the phone. Keep in mind that any text including with the picture counts towards that limit. If you are sending a message with the pciture, try sending them separately.
