Cellular Phones/Motorola V195S

Question
Hi there!  I have a Motorola V195S that the screen has gone out on.  All of my numbers are stored to the phone, not the sim card.  I tried taking it to Tmobile to have them transfer the info, but for some reason, it is not working with my phone.  Could you help me?  I know how to get to the phone book and to the option screen (without seeing it since the screen is black) but don't know how many times I need to scroll down to get to the "Copy ALL to Sim Card" option.  Any chance you could help me out here?

THanks!
Stephanie

Answer
today at work, i looked at the 3 different motorola phones we have in our store.  the copy all to sim was in 3 different places on each.  it was either 5,6, or 7 clicks down, then after that it's the select key to confirm the transfer.  since it's a tmobile phone, i would visit a local store and see if someone can assist you properly.  if they still carry the phone, they can do what i do when people come in with the same situation.  hold your phone and the store's phone, one in each hand and click on each until you get it done.  for me that works everytime.  Best of Luck to you.
