Question
Tracfone customer service informed me I can not transfer my address book on my sim card from my old Tracfone to my new.  Do you know of a way I can do this?

Annette, did you just replace the sim, or did you replace the phone as well?  If it's just the sim, you may be able to go into the address book settings or options and copy the sim info to the phone. then all you need to do is put the new sim into the phone and you're good.  If you don't have that option, go into your local Att corporate store...i stress corporate, and ask them to transfer your contacts for you, as they have a machine that can do it in a couple of minutes.  Hope this helps.
