Question
I have a Tracfone Motorola v170, which is not allowing me to cancel call forwarding to voice mail. When I go to Settings>Call Forward>Cancel All>Status Not done.
All my incoming calls go straight to voice mail and have no idea if someone is trying to reach me. I can make all the outgoing calls I want but incoming just isn't working for me. Can you be of any assistance? Thank You

Rick, being that you've already adjusted the setting in the phone, the only other place to fix this is in the system itself.  did you just get the phone or the service?  Contact customer care at 800-331-0500 and ask to speak to technical support. they are the only ones who have access to the system that it needs to be changed in. Hope this helps.
