Question
I have done everything I can find to get the mms to work on this phone.  When I try to download a ringtone, it tells me the mms is expired, and when I tell it to load, it gives me an error message.  I can't get any music to play on this phone or a ringtone to download.  Please help, and thanks!

Nicky, I have very limited experience with this phone, however, your carrier should be able to provide you with the settings to get this up and running. First, make sure you have the capability to send text and mms on your account. something may have changed and it could be that easy to fix.  otherwise, speak with somewhere with technical support that will be able to get it done.  You may also want to give this website a try, its from att, so if you don't use att, don't use it.
