QUESTION: i just came back from london, and thats where i got my phone from, i have a contract with at&t so all i did was put my chip in the phone, but i cant send any pic's what am i supposed to do help..

ANSWER: Jordan, the phone you have....is it a razor? I know there are several different versions of the giorgio armani...just need to know which one and i can direct you properly.

Jordan, ok, now that I've seen the phone, You will need to do one of 2 things.  Either go into your local corporate att store...make sure it's corporate. find the most technical person and ask them to help.  The other option is to get on the phone with technical support. call from another phone. 800-331-0500.  they should be able to give you the setting that you need to put into the phone.  hope this helps.
