Question
i use to be able to send pictures to friends and recieve them also.  lately neither has been able to happen.  my outbox says the pictures were sent but my friend never recieves them.  and when he sends me pictures i never recieve them either.  why is that and how do i fix it?

Answer
Kylie, can you tell me if you have att, also is your phone able to get on the internet?  Is the account in your name?  its possible that if the account is not in your name that somebody altered the plan and thus caused the problem.  Let me know so I can answer better.

I can easily answer basic questions as well as in depth questions. I can also direct you to the carrier that best suits your needs not theirs.
