Question
i have just got a lg ux 380 loner phone from us cellular 2 days ago & supposedly it was brand new. Now this was only until I got my phone back. Now all of a sudden I was sending a picture message & at the same time someone was sending me a picture message. My phone froze!!! Wouldnt turn off, end nothing. So I took the battery out for a minute or so, put it back in & turned my phone on but nothing!!! Now it won't even turn on. I plugged it into the charger. Again nothing!!!! So now im without a phone all night.  Do you have any suggestions that I could try? Like a reset button or something.

my experience with lg phones brings me to a soft reset.  not all of them do this, but try inserting the battery while holding the power button down.  if that doesn't fix it, you will need another loaner phone. ask to speak to a manager and ask for some sort of compensation for not being able to use the loaner phone they gave you. hope this helps.
