Question
hi i just got a motorola w375 cellphone unlocked everything works find but what setting do i put in for the browser i can send text but not pictures or get on the internet  the phone comes with openwave software (rsa) i have att / cingular service .
p.s do you think if i take it in to a att that they can set up the browser setting  thanks

Answer
Lamont, if you take the phone to a corporate att store and find someone that likes to mess with the technical stuff, they will do it. However, if you go to att's website (www.att.com/wireless), click on support, then click phone/device, then select a motorola phone thats similiar...i would try the v3 razor, then select mms/sms settings you will get all the steps you need to take, including screen shots, then repeat those steps for internet/browser.  That should take care of it.  keep in mind that you may have settings that don't look like what you see on the website, so you will need to create them from scratch. it's not very difficult. Otherwise head to your local corporate store or call customer care and get transfered to technical support.  Call from another phone. (800-331-0500). Hope this helps, let me know if you need anything else.
