Question
I recently replace my verizon phone with a new verizon samsung u340 camera phone but I can't receive picture messages

Answer
Frank, after careful review of the verizon website i've found that there's no place in the phone support to check the settings in the phone to ensure you can receive picture messages.  You will need to visit your local verizon store for some technical help.  If you don't have a store near you then contact customer care and they will transfer you to technical support, just make sure you call them from a different phone.  Let me know if this helps.
