QUESTION: i was looking to get a cell phone tracking thing to check on my daughters phone activity, but she has a metro pcs phone, no sim card. is there another way to get that info since there is not a card?

QUESTION: i was looking to get into her text messages n deleted text messages n things like that the sim card readers say they do that n with no sim card is there any way i can get those? do i need to get a different provider to be able to get to those???

Sasha, without a sim card you will only be able to get into the messages that haven't been deleted.  I have zero experience with those sim card readers that say they can get into deleted messages.  The research that i've seen clearly states that the sim reader SHOULD be able to read all deleted messages.  I would take notice to the word should.
