Cellular Phones/Blackberry Curve Voicemail

Question
My blackberry is currently set to forward all unanswered calls. My voicemail is also set up. However, when people call me, they are not redirected to my voicemail when I don't pick up.

In addition, under "call forwarding" option, it does not have my number for "if busy"; "if no reply"; or "if not reachable" - it just says "do not forward" I can't change that either.

what do I have to do to fix this!?

Answer
Go back into these settings and then press the Menu button, it will give you the option to change the setting from Do Not Forward to being able to forward on busy, etc. You just need to change the option. It is not supposed to have your number there, it is supposed to have the number of the voice mail box, which is NOT your number. Just change the option by pressing the Menu button (to the left of the trackball) and you can change this to go to voice mail on a busy, no answer, etc. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
