Question
I have the LG Env2 from verison and its giving me alot of problems. It was turning its self off when i was using it. Replaced the battery and it worked again. Now its taking 2 minutes to send a text message and most of the time it doesnt send. When I look at my photos my phone sometimes stops reading my memory card ( where my photos/videos are stored ) Should I replace the phone or are these things common on this phone and I should deal with it.
Before you replace the phone, you may want to consider removing old text messages, pictures you don't need and anything else on the device that may be clogging up space. I highly doubt there is or was anything wrong with the battery. If the device is over 2 years old, and you are eligible for an upgrade, I would consider replacing it, but if less than that, then I would just consider cleaning up the space on the device, if possible. I wouldn't say this is common, but it is a typical symptom of not enough space on the device or potentially an issue with the radio antenna. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
