Hi,
 I've got a Motorola Q on the Verizon network.  I recently did a software upgrade (via Motorola's Website) and now i cant reciever MMS or get on the internet.  I think this has something to do with the proxy settings.  Do you know how to resolve this?  Thank you

If the upgrade that you did was not specifically for Verizon and just for a Q in general, then it would make sense the that MMS settings now don't work properly. I would recommend that you go to Verizon's site and search for Motorola Q firmware updates and then reinstall the latest Verizon/Motorla Q update. This should bring all your settings back for you. That would be the safest and easiest way to resolve the issue you are having. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
