Question
When searching for a name starting with F the phone goes from D to FF. Is this a known error or is there a workaround
Could you tell me the model of BlackBerry that you have and the firmware date and who your carrier is? I am not aware of a particular known error and don't have this issue on any of the BlackBerrys that I have, but can certainly research it. I would need this information however because each carrier uses a different firmware release and different devices and if there is a bug, it is likely confined to a specific release and then I could tell you what to do to fix it. Also, I'm assuming that you have names that begin with F in your address book. Thanks. DebiN
