Question
QUESTION: Which are best- Samsung touch phones or HTC Touch phones ?  Please tell me about features. THANKS.

ANSWER: It depends who your carrier is because there are HTC devices designed only for CDMA and others only for GSM. If you tell me what carrier you have or want to use, I can suggest a touch screen device that works with that carrier. Thanks. DebiN

QUESTION: I want GSM. My budget is
Rs. 12000

Answer
If GSM, then I would suggest the MyTouch as it seems to have the latest and greatest. Personally, I think that it is always best to get the device that your carrier has branded, but I am assuming you are out of the US and that isn't possible. In that case, I think that you should get whatever device best suits your budget (I am not familiar with your currency) and the features you want. I am not one to know all the particulars about every single device so I can't counsel you on the best one of the HTC devices. I think they all have different strengths and so you should get the one that you think will give you the most features that you are looking for. Thanks. DebiN
