Question i am having a problem with my blackberry curve 8900. when i dont answer the phone it doesn't forward the call to my voicemail. i have tried going to the options menu to the forwarding part however it does not give me the option to forward the call...it just says do not forward. please help as the blackberry help is not as useful as one would think. thanks.
Answer Go into your Phone icon, then to Options, then to Voice Mail. The phone number there should not be your phone number, it should be the number of the voice mail. It should have a +1 in front of the number and should be 10 digits after the +1). If the number is blank or if it is your number, call your carrier to get the proper number for voice mail. If this is correct, then go inot Call Forwarding. You should see Please Wait and then you should see Forward All Calls and Forward Unanswered Calls. Under that is If Busy and If No Reply and If Not Reachable. Across from Forward all calls, it should show Do Not Forward. Did you purchase the Curve from your carrier? If so, and you still can't get this to work, take the device back to them for replacement. If you are using this with a carrier that is not your carrier, that is the problem. Let me know. Thanks.
