Question
i had a tracfone that broke. it was a motorola, ive had it for 2 years or so, but dont know what the model is.  all my phone numbers were in that phone. i have the serial and sim numbers, i just want to know if i can get the info off it.  Thanks for your help

Answer
If the phone is broken and the numbers were on the phone and not on the SIM, there is unfortunately, no way to retrieve the numbers. The serial number doesn't matter, nor does the SIM card. Numbers that are saved only to the phone are lost if the phone is damaged such that you cannot get into the listing anymore. I wish that there was a way to retrieve these, but there just isn't. I'm sorry that I don't have better news for you. Thanks. DebiN
