| Comment | Thanks, DebiN for your response to my question. I actually talked to the police who seemed to think it was stolen since the sim card was missing. The phone looked too new for the owner to have switched phones and removed it him/herself. They were just as puzzled, however, to the location it was found and definitely think whoever left it on my windowsill was trying to have a peek inside my house.....creepy! Unless they return and are caught, this will probably remain a mystery. I wrote down the ID numbers for the phone and plan on calling AT&T in case it actually was stolen and the owner reported it. I can troubleshoot most any problem someone is having with their cellular device or with the provider.
