Cellular Phones/sim card for us cellular Blackberry 8830

Question
I have a Blackberry 8830 World Edition with US Cellular. I need to use the phone for calls and email while in Asia (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand). The US Cellular Store does not carry sim cards. What can I do? Thanks!
If you have an 8830, and US Cellular supports international roaming, then US Cellular should have a SIM card for this device. If they don't support international roaming, then it doesn't matter that your device can be used, you won't be able to use it abroad. Do you know if they have roaming agreements abroad? Have you tried calling US Cellular to ask them if you can use your device in Asia? If they say that you can't, then you can't, but if they say you can, then they will send you a SIM card. You can only get the SIM from US Cellular. I hope this helps and please let me know. Thanks. DebiN
