Question
my phone says exceeds available space and i have erased all sent messages and saved including my inbox and it still says exceeds available apace what should i do?
There is still too much information on your phone that is preventing you from being able to send texts. Try look at the space that pictures or contacts or web site information is taking up. But better yet, try removing the battery and putting it back in and see if theis changes things. Also, you need to erase some of the saved messages too. Those take up space also. There is a limited amount of space on a cell phone that is specifically for text messages. If all else fails, take the phone into your carrier to see if they have any other suggestions, but it is likely that you need to delete saved messages also. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
