Cellular Phones/Dead Touch Screen on LG Voyager

Question
Hi, I bought a used LG Voyager and it was advertised as "Brand New," well its touch screen did not work.  I discovered the remove the battery while the phone is on version of Reset...that worked!  for a few hours.  Then I did the reset again, and it revived once again but it did crapped out a few hours later.   I did that several times, finally now the phone does not do anything, the touch screen is dead.  Do you have a secret backdoor that I might be able to revive the touch screen?  Firm ware update?  Thanks Andrew

Answer
Unfortunately, there is no secret back door way to be get your touchscreen to work and also not a firmware update. Either the device was new and a lemon or not new and broken. If there is any possible way that you can return this device, I would strongly recommend it. Sorry that I didn't have better news for you. Thanks. DebiN
