Question my son's phone is only about 2 months old. he charges it every night when he goes to bed. he charged it yesterday, and today, it wont even recognize that the charger is plugged in. it wont charge at all. nothings damaged. everything is clean. any suggestions?
Answer Try removing the battery and then putting it back into the phone and see if it charges. If it doesn't, it is likely that the charger port may be broken. The phone is under warranty, so take you can get it repaired/replaced under warranty with your carrier. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
