Question
How can I make my restrooms at my business off limits for cell phone reception ? In other words, block the signals ?

There isn't any way to limit areas of your business so that they block cell phone reception. If all the people in your business used your WiFi network for communication, then you could easily do this because you control your WiFi, however, because you can't control all the carrier's networks and where they broadcast, there is no way to limit the areas where people can get reception. My advice is that you make a policy that if people are caught talking on their cell phones in the bathroom, they will receive disciplinary action. Unfortunately, you have no way to change the carrier's reception. I hope this helps.
