Cellular Phones - retrieving info from dead LG-VX9200
Expert: DebiN - 11/2/2009
Question My daughter's LG-VX9200 screen last nightwent black, then the Verizon logo comes up like it's trying to start, then goes to black, then tries again.
We went to the local Verizon store this morning but they said there was no way to retrieve the over 200 pictures she had on there, along with other info. She has a new phone coming on Wednesday, but as a Dad, I would really like to know for sure if the info is indead lost forever.
is there any place it can be sent for retrievalor anything we can do?
Thank you very much.
Rick
Answer What you were told at the Verizon store was correct. There is no way to retrieve info from the dead phone. I can assure you that information is correct. There is no place to go to retrieve info. It was all on the phone, I'm afraid. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
