Question
I have a htc touch with sprint & just recently it stopped reading my sim card & now when i try to find old files on it my phone says there isn't one in my phone how can i get my sim card noticed by my phone again?

Answer
I believe that you may be referring to your SD memory card. Is that correct? Sprint doesn't use SIM cards - a SIM card is used on the GSM (or iDEN) network to make the phone work. If you had files on a card, it was the micro SD card you are referring to. If you remove the SD card from your phone, turn off your phone and then turn it back on and then put the SD card back into it, it should read the card. If it still can't read the card then either the card has gotten damaged when you took it in and out or the slot that the card is in has gotten damaged. You would need to take the device into Sprint for repair. Be sure to refer to the card as the SD card so that they know what you are talking about and can assist you. Thanks. DebiN
