Question
Hey I just got my phone two days ago and as per metropcs i should be able to send text messages from metropcs to O2 in UK. i sent messages but it gives me errors that its undelivered. and when O2 user sends me messages i do not receive them. As per metropcs, it should work in few days. I was wonder as some threats on your sites who has or had same issues, did they ever able to resolve it. did the text messages work for them. please advise if you have any suggestions.

Answer
The best thing for you to do is to ask your friend who has O2 to delete you from their contact list and then you should do the same with them. Next, manually send them a message and have them do the same. After you receive the message, then you can re-add them back to your contacts and vice versa. It will likely take more than two or three days before you are actually able to do this because with smaller carriers, like MetroPCS, it often takes several days for the systems to be updated, but if you delete out the contact, then it more likely will work, but I'd wait another couple of days. Eventually, yes, it does work, but only once the systems are updated and by deleting the old contact, that deletes out the old carrier. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
