I'm trying to figure out how to customize my Blackberry Curve 8330 Smartphone (Sprint) Everything is telling me to go to Options and then go to General options, but I cannot find the General options at all. Can you please explain it to me?
What exactly are you trying to customize? I believe the place people are telling you to go is Settings (looks like a wrench inside of a file folder) (if you don't see it, it is likely hidden. To unhide your icons, hold the Alt key and touch the trackwheel at the same time and then choose Unhide). After you go into Settings, then go to Options (looks like a wrench). From Options, you can change things like your Profiles (Ringtones) or Screen/Keyboard, etc. What do you want to customize and I am happy to give you the exact steps. Let me know. Thanks. DebiN
