Question
The droid says it has 16 pre-installed memory with 32 gb expandable memory.  I see the 16 gb card when I open the back but how do I get the rest of the 32?

Answer
If you can see a removable 16Gig memory card, then the device came with an additional 16Gig card (16 preinstalled plus 16Gig removable). You would need to purchase a 32Gig card which would replace the 16Gig card. If what you see is just something that is showing 16 Gig internal, then you would still need to buy a 32 Gig card. You don't have to have a 32Gig card, the device takes up to a 32Gig card. Keep in mind that somethings can be saved only to preinstalled memory and others onto the expandable memory. It's not necessary to have all the memory in an expandable card, but if you want to, you can buy a memory card for the device. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
