Question
I have bought memory card %26 purchased a second sim from friends old phone...it says invalid sim when I put the second in. It also want let me download mms when its over a certain size says too large message blocked...why is that I have 8gb memory card? I also am curious why it does not show my sent messages in my outbox...thanks for any help you can provide. Sincerely Gabby

Answer
This device will only work with one SIM card in the US, so unfortunately, the second SIM you bought (I don't actually understand how you bought a SIM card - was it a prepaid one from a carrier?) will not work. As far as the memory card goes, this is only for saving information, it doesn't work as internal memory so that if you are trying to download a file that indicates it is too large, it doesn't matter how much external (memory card) memory you have, you won't be able to download the file. You can use a memory card to save music, text messages, pictures, but you can't use it in place of internal memory. The device has a limitation that can't be altered as to what types and how much it can download at a time. It is more likely that the type of message is not able to be downloaded or in fact, it is too large. No way around that one, I'm afraid. Sent messages don't show in your Outbox because your settings are not set to show them. That is an option and evidently, the default is not to show them. If you go into the settings for Messages, it should give you the option to show your sent messages. However, they should really be showing in a Sent file, not your Outbox, but we may be talking about the same thing. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
