Question
We purchased two phones in Sept. of this year and are having difficulty in sending and receiving calls in buildings and basements. Other friends of ours have the same phone and they don't have a problem. Any ideas what to try or why???? Thanks!

Answer
I would recommend contacting Tracfone to let them know. If your friends phones are the same, but with another provider (and not branded Tracfone), they are not exactly the same phone and not communicating on the same network. If they are with Tracfone, then definitely contact them and let them know. Also, if your friends are in your home and can use their phones, but you can't, that would be an issue. But if they can use them in their home, that is different. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
