Question
just upgraded to above model. charged battery and tried to turn on phone. it will not turn on. took battery out and replaced it. still won't turn on.????

Answer
Where did you get the replacement battery? Have you pressed and held down the Phone button to turn on the phone? Not all phones automatically turn on when they are charged. You may have to turn on the phone. If you bought the phone from AT&T directly, take it back to the store and show it to them. If it is a defective phone, they will replace it immediately. It may just be that the battery was completely discharged and you now just need to turn on the phone. Don't put in any battery that you didn't buy with the phone. If you bought the phone from anyone other than AT&T, the phone may be defective or broken. Let me know. Thanks. DebiN
