Question
if i unlock a metro pcs phone will it then work for verizon because it is cdma? if so how does one unlock?
You have to not only unlock, but flash a CDMA phone to the other carrier to get it to work. You would have to find a company who can do this for you and there is always a cost associated with it. I wouldn't recommend flashing a MetroPCS phone to Verizon when you can get decent phones for free or very low charge from Verizon with new service. That is your best way to go. I hope this helps.
