Hi Debi;
My girlfriend has Metro PCS and has been missing calls. No ring but a voicemail notification comes through, sometimes not for a while. Replaced her UTStarcom with a Kyocera, still having smae problem. Happens at work or home. Thanks, Ray
Unfortunately, the problem is likely that MetroPCS doesn't work very well where she lives and works and because she is not able to get a clear signal. The notification of voice mail doesn't require the same level of signal that a call does and that is why she can get notifications but not calls. I would strongly recommend that she change carriers to a different carrier that has a better signal where she lives and works. Ifyou have a different carrier, have her try your phone to see if there is a difference. It's very likely the carrier, not the phone. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
