Question
My phone was dying yesterday afternoon, and when I went to plug in the charger, the screen repeatedly said "Charger Unsupported". Now my phone is dead and will not except charge.
I'm with At&T.
I did try different electrical outlets, and unplugging/plugging my phone in several times before it died.

Answer
ana, the problem is either the phone or the battery.  to figure out which it is, go to your local att store, make sure it's a corporate one, and ask them to check both.  if the phone is less then a year old, you still have warranty on both the phone and the battery and they will be replaced for free, unless there is physical damage.
