You say that you know the steps necsesary to give ATT in order to get a persons SMS messages.  Could you share that?

john, all you need is to have a court order them. have a police detective or lawyer send that to att.  you will need to contact customer care like a normal call for anything else and explain what you need to do.  you will then fax over the order.  keep in mind you will more then likely only get a record of calls and texts without the actual content.  hope this helps
