QUESTION: hi there i have just bought a p168c off e bay i have put my o2 sim card in and sent for the settings which came back sayin contact customer services so i went in to o2 shop they say because its a foriegn phone i wont get the settings please advice im from the uk many thanks
ANSWER: tim, working with that phone is tough as it doesn't come with any carriers info for internet. try going to this website and putting these settings in the phone. http://www.filesaveas.com/gprs.html

QUESTION: my p168c seems to only charge when turned off when i turn on whilst chargin it turns off again???? also it takes hours to charge is this normal for these phones
i hate to give you an answer you've already heard, but since that phone isn't specific to any company it's tough to say what it's suppossed to do. If possible i would return it and give a apple a call to get a phone that works in the uk, as they do that now. not sure if you have apple retail store in the uk. there's just too many issues with those phones, that you will have to deal with over time.
