Question I have 2 confirmed emails from at&t that with a court order I can get readable deleted text messages..Now they say I can't. Is this true can I get the deleted text.I can get the court order. My husband was cheating on me the text are my only proof..
Answer What type of people at AT&T confirmed in emails that you could get deleted text messages via a court order? It is true that you cannot get deleted text with or without a court order. They are not available. Once a text message is sent to a phone, it is purged from the servers. Only the records remain, not the content. Please tell me what type of person at AT&T told you that you could get them? Thanks. DebiN
