Question i have a black motorola l7c phone that wont let me type in the numbers or letters. the only button that works is the end red button and i can only turn it on and off.
Answer If the phone is still under warranty (less than 12 months old), contact your carrier and have them repair or replace it under warranty. If it is older and you aren't eligible for an upgrade, you would need to pay for repairs (contact your carrier). if you are eligible for an upgrade, I would suggest getting a new phone. There aren't any options for self-repair that I would suggest. Phones should always be repaired by authorized people. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
