Question My mother in law recently found one of her old phones from when she had metor pcs. Not using this phone she gave it to me, saying that I could activate it and make it my own, regardless of the fact that I have Verizon Wireless. This doesnt seem concrete to me, and I'm wondering, can I infact use a motorola razor once used for metro and activate it using verizon?
Answer You will not be able to get this phone working for Verizon. It isn't worth the aggravation and it most liekly will not work properly. Please don't waste your time with this. CDMA phones have to be unlocked and flashed to work with another carrier and for an older phone like this, it honestly is not worth it. It would be less expensive to buy a refurbished or used Verizon phone. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
