Question
My wife just bought the new I clone and it will not read her sim card she has a tone of ring tones on it but can not import them to her phone....She also can not get the caller Id to work...Just the Numbers pop up.....

Can you please help Me

Answer
Your wife will not be able to get the ringtones onto the new device. They are not compatible and the ringtones most likely are not on her SIM card, they are on her old phone. You can't save a ringtone to a SIM card typically. The reason that caller ID is not working the way she thinks is because the phone numbers in the address book have to be entered in the way that the phone can interpret them as a match. Have someone call the phone and then have her take that number and save it to the phone book. When that person calls again, the number should match the entry. Look at how that entry was configured and match that for the other numbers in her phone book and it should work properly for them, as well. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
