Question
My husband & I just got new cell phones.  We both got the
LG VX9200 Envy 3(Blue & Maroon). We want to download "OUR" music from our computer. I have a 4 GB Memory and he has a 2 GB Memory card in the phones.  I have "Windows Media Player" on my computer.  I have tried to down load the music that we have in the computer, but "NO LUCK".  We are not to good at this.  We are senior citizens and are trying to figure out the new technology and we are not doing so well.  CAN YOU HELP US???   THANKS,   Ginny   PS We have Verizon as our carrier.

Answer
The only way that you can download music onto a Verizon device is with Verizon software that you get from Verizon. They have the "drivers" necessary to download music on their devices. That is the only way to do this, other than trying to get bitpim to work (www.bitpim.com). Sometimes, the drivers are available through bitpim, but I would suggest trying to find a friend who might be able to assist you with downloading bitpim since it's not something that I could explain to you in detail in this forum. You could go to that site and search for your device and see if it makes sense, but in all honesty, if I were you, I would just get Verizon's Music Manager software. This will allow you to download their music and your music. There's no other really good way around this. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
