Question
I have a motorola v3r from T-Mobile. I sent it to get unlocked. They unlocked my phone but now the loudspeaker doesnt work for any reason. Everything else does. The earpiece still works. What is wrong with it? How can I fix it?

Answer
If the speakerphone worked before you had it unlocked and now it doesn't work, then they did something to your phone. The act of unlocking a GSM device has nothing whatsoever to do with the features and functionality. All it does is SIM unlock the device. I would strongly recommend that you contact the people who unlocked it and tell them that your speakerphone doesn't work anymore. I don't know if you have any recourse, but they evidently did something to your device that they shouldn't have. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
