Hi my name is sizwe and i need help with my LG KG800 it completly has no network ive tried taking out the sim card and re-inserting it after a long period of time,including inserting a different sim card and still says no network please help
Who is your wireless carrier? This device is a tri-band phone and it is most likely that your carrier works on the one band that this device does not work on and that is why it won't work. Reinserting a SIM card will make no difference. There is nothing wrong with your SIM card. The phone is not capable of working on your carrier's network. I hope that you can return it. There's nothing you can do to get it to work. I hope this helps. Thanks. debiN
